Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 June 2026
foundros.ai is an AI product studio operated by Cognileap Eduventures LLP (Bengaluru, Karnataka, India). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to foundros.ai and the products we operate under it — including Armore, Uniqlabs, Lyfos and CampusForge (each, a “Product”).
1. Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in (including with Google) or create an account, we receive your name, email address, and, for Google sign-in, your profile photo. We request only the basic
openid email profilescopes — never your contacts, calendar, or mailbox. - Content you provide. The information you upload or enter into a Product — for example a résumé, profile details, documents, or responses — which we process to deliver that Product’s features.
- Activity data. Actions you take in a Product, and your progress through it, so we can provide and improve the service.
- Technical data. Standard log and device data (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use your information
- To provide and operate the Product you use.
- To generate AI-assisted output (such as feedback, scoring, or recommendations) using the providers described in §4.
- To secure, maintain, and improve our products.
- To contact you about your account or material changes to a Product.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content to train third-party models for unrelated purposes.
3. Business and institutional accounts
Some Products are provided to you through an organization — for example an employer, a business customer, or, in the case of CampusForge, your college or institution. Where that is the case, administrators at that organization may have access to your activity and results within the Product in order to administer and support your use of it. The organization acts as the controller of that relationship; we process the data on its and your behalf.
4. Third-party services we use
We share the minimum data necessary with service providers that help us run our products:
- Google — sign-in / authentication.
- AI providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI) — to generate feedback, scoring, and other AI-assisted output. Content sent for processing is not used by us to train models.
- Web-search providers — where a Product surfaces public resources, we send a query keyword, not your personal data.
- Email delivery, hosting, and database providers — to send account email and to run and store the service securely.
5. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion at any time (see §7). We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
6. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation so that one organization’s data is not accessible to another. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information and to limit access to those who need it to operate the service.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, or to ask a question about this policy, contact us at nidish@avapadvisory.com. If your access is provided through an organization, you may also need to coordinate with it.
8. Children
Our products are intended for adults and college-age students and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
