Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of foundros.ai and the products we operate under it — including Armore, Uniqlabs, Lyfos and CampusForge (each, a “Product”) — operated by Cognileap Eduventures LLP (Bengaluru, Karnataka, India). By creating an account or using a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who can use our products
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding agreement. If you access a Product through an organization (such as an employer, business customer, or college), your use is also subject to any arrangement between us and that organization.
2. What our products do
Our products provide AI-assisted software for businesses, teams, and students. Specific features differ by Product and may change as we improve them. Some features rely on automated systems whose output is provided for guidance.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
- Content you upload must be yours or something you have the right to use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity or another person’s work as your own.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to a Product or other users’ data.
- Use a Product to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
5. AI-assisted output
Scores, feedback, matches, recommendations, and other AI-assisted output are generated with the help of automated systems and are provided for guidance only. They are not guarantees of any particular result or outcome. Use your own judgment, and verify important information independently.
6. Third-party content and links
Our products may surface content, listings, or resources from third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for that external content, and its inclusion is not an endorsement.
7. Intellectual property
foundros.ai and its products, including their software, design, and brands, belong to Cognileap Eduventures LLP. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a limited license to process it in order to provide the service to you and, where applicable, your organization.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Cognileap Eduventures LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of our products.
9. Termination
You may stop using a Product and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or where necessary to protect the service or its users.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable law.
